House clearances are overseen by Simon the Managing Director himself to ensure that items of value and interest are offered for sale at the right location ensuring that the customer receives the best price. When given instructions from a client we empty the contents of the property, remove all unwanted/un-saleable furniture and household effects and ensure that the property is left clean and tidy.

We act on behalf of individual clients, solicitors and local authorities; we have gained a very good rapport with local and national estate agents as well as auction houses including Barbers in Market, Drayton, Brettells in Newport, Halls Fine Art in Shrewsbury and Peter Wilson in Nantwich.
